Weatherstaff PlantingPlanner Pro Account Management

If you have a PlantingPlanner Pro subscription, use this page to securely manage your account.

You access your account using the email you used when you purchased your subscription.

From this page you can access your account details and perform the following operations:

  • View your License Key
  • View your subscription payments history
  • Review and amend your payment details
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Reactivate a cancelled subscription if you change your mind before the account is deactivated

To access your account:

  1. Click on the Manage Subscription button below. This will take you to a FastSpring page where you are asked to enter the email address you used when you purchased your subscription.
  2. FastSpring will then send an email to the email address you have just entered. This email will contain a link to a page on the FastSpring website, where you can manage your subscription account.
  3. Click on the link in the email, which will open up the secure ‘Account Management’ page in your web browser. Here you can manage your subscription account.
  4. To update your payment method or cancel your subscription, click the Subscriptions tab and use the Manage options.
